Hi, I’m Alexandra Deschamps-Sonsino. You can call me Alex.

I like working with people a lot.

I like building teams, managing projects/programmes/budgets, writing good documentation, worrying about archiving, setting up processes, creating partnerships, helping people do their best work, giving good feedback, and share my experience with others who are on the same journey as a mentor.

I was the Design Director at TPXimpact until March 2025. I’m now looking for my next challenge.

I’m a trustee of The Restart Project until summer 2025, on the board of the Working Class Creatives Database and the Chair of Mediale.
